📋 Rules & Guidelines

Essential rules for participating in matches and tournaments

1. Match Registration

  • Register for matches at least 10 minutes before start time
  • Ensure you have sufficient balance before registration
  • Provide accurate game ID and username during registration
  • Entry fees are deducted immediately upon registration
  • Once a match starts, no new registrations are accepted

2. Match Start & Joining

⏰ Important Timing

  • Room ID & Password revealed 15 minutes before match start
  • Join the match lobby at least 5 minutes before start time
  • Late entries (after match start) will be disqualified
  • No refunds for players who fail to join on time

3. Game Settings & Configuration

All matches must be played with specified settings:

  • Use the exact map specified in match details
  • Follow the match type (Solo/Duo/Squad) as indicated
  • TPP or FPP mode as specified (if applicable)
  • Any deviation from specified settings may result in disqualification

4. In-Match Conduct

✅ Required

  • Use your registered game ID/username
  • Play fairly without any assistance or cheats
  • Record gameplay if requested by admins
  • Report technical issues immediately in chat

❌ Prohibited

  • Using someone else's account or game ID
  • Teaming in solo matches
  • Intentionally dying or helping opponents
  • Leaving match before completion (without valid reason)

5. Results & Verification

After match completion:

  1. Screenshot Submission: Winners must submit match result screenshots within 10 minutes
  2. Admin Verification: Results are verified by admins before prize distribution
  3. Dispute Period: Players can raise disputes within 15 minutes of result posting
  4. Prize Distribution: Prizes credited within 24 hours after verification

6. Technical Issues

⚠ī¸ Important Guidelines

  • Server Issues: If server crashes affect majority of players, match may be postponed
  • Individual Issues: Internet/device problems on your end are your responsibility
  • Wrong Room Details: Report immediately for correction or refund
  • Game Updates: Ensure your game is updated before match registration

7. Team Match Rules

For Duo/Squad matches:

  • Team leader registers on behalf of the entire team
  • All team members must be registered users
  • Substitutions not allowed after registration
  • Team leader receives all prize money for the team
  • Team must have all members present at match start

8. Disputes & Appeals

If you have concerns about match results or conduct:

  • Submit disputes within 15 minutes of result posting
  • Provide evidence (screenshots, videos) to support your claim
  • Admins will review and make final decisions within 24 hours
  • Admin decisions are final and binding
  • False or frivolous complaints may result in penalties

9. General Guidelines

  • Check your balance before registering for paid matches
  • Keep your contact information up-to-date
  • Enable notifications to receive match updates
  • Read match-specific rules before participating
  • Respect all players and maintain good sportsmanship
  • Follow admin instructions during matches

10. Rule Updates

We reserve the right to update these rules at any time. Major changes will be announced via notifications and email. It is your responsibility to stay informed about rule updates.
