At BD Esports AR, we are committed to maintaining a fair, competitive, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. This Fair Play Policy outlines the standards of conduct expected from all participants.

1. Strictly Prohibited Practices

  • Using third-party software, mods, or hacks
  • Exploiting game bugs or glitches for advantage
  • Using aimbots, wallhacks, or ESP
  • Any form of game manipulation

🤝 Collusion & Match Fixing

  • Teaming up with opponents in solo matches
  • Intentionally losing to benefit others
  • Sharing information to gain unfair advantage
  • Pre-arranged match outcomes

👤 Multi-Accounting

  • Creating multiple accounts to enter the same match
  • Using alternate accounts to gain unfair advantages
  • Account sharing with other players

2. Expected Player Behavior

  • Play fairly and honestly at all times
  • Respect all players, regardless of skill level
  • Follow all game-specific rules and regulations
  • Report suspected cheating or rule violations
  • Accept wins and losses with good sportsmanship
  • Cooperate with admin investigations

3. Communication Standards

All players must maintain respectful communication:

  • No harassment, bullying, or toxic behavior
  • No racist, sexist, or discriminatory language
  • No threats or intimidation
  • No spamming or excessive use of caps
  • No impersonation of staff or other players

4. Reporting Violations

If you suspect a Fair Play violation:

  1. Gather Evidence: Screenshots, video recordings, player IDs, match details
  2. Submit Report: Open a support ticket with all relevant information
  3. Cooperate: Provide additional information if requested by admins
  4. Maintain Confidentiality: Don't publicly accuse or discuss ongoing investigations

5. Penalties for Violations

Violations of this Fair Play Policy will result in penalties based on severity:

Warning + Match disqualification

7-day suspension + Prize forfeiture

Severe Violation or Third Offense

Permanent ban + Account termination

⚠ī¸ Severe violations (hacking, match fixing) may result in immediate permanent ban.

6. Appeals Process

If you believe a penalty was issued incorrectly:

  • Submit an appeal within 7 days of the penalty
  • Provide detailed explanation and supporting evidence
  • Appeals are reviewed by senior admin team
  • Final decision will be communicated within 3-5 business days
